  • Unfortunately, no, it is not easy to ship pre-filled bags with beans. However, if you live on the Gold Coast please email customer care to discuss the possibility of a pick up and bean fill.

  • We have taken every precaution to make these bags as safe as ‘babyly’ possible. However, it is never recommended to leave a baby/child unattended in a bean bag.

Returns Policy

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    Any product that is damaged by the buyer or shows signs of wear by the buyer may not be eligible for a return.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product for change of mind. In the case of returned goods due to damage or defect we will provide a return shipping slip.

    Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement product will be shipped within 3 business days.
